Senior Software Engineering Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of complex software applications using Python and React.
Main Responsibilities:
- To design and develop high-level and low-level designs for a given set of functional requirements.
- Mentor junior team members in technical skills, methodology, and product knowledge.
- To foster a culture of best coding practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues on design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
- Develop expertise in one or more modules of the product.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in software development.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Operating systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming Systems, and Databases.
- Experience working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using one or more Web and UI frameworks.
- Working knowledge of web server technologies and non-functional requirements like Scalability, Performance, and Security.
- Ability to utilize AI and mentor junior members on AI best practices.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
