At the heart of every successful machine learning model lies a robust data infrastructure. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and operating scalable, fault-tolerant data systems to support our cutting-edge research.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed computing frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and data storage architectures. They will be skilled in developing high-throughput systems for data ingestion, processing, and transformation, as well as collaborating with research teams to deliver critical data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data infrastructure to support large-scale AI model training and evaluation
  • Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming massive datasets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key data assets and develop strategies for delivery
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure platform reliability and performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally supporting high-scale applications or research platforms
  • Deep familiarity with distributed computing frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and data storage architectures
  • Strong knowledge of databases, storage systems, and how architecture choices impact performance at scale
  • Experience with specialized hardware (GPUs, TPUs) computing and GPU cluster
  • Extensive experience with performance optimization and memory management in high-volume data systems
