Job Description

The Head of Mergers and Acquisitions will be responsible for driving inorganic growth through the acquisitions engine. They will build a nationwide deal pipeline, shape investment theses, negotiate transactions, and hand over integrated, value-accretive businesses to operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Target Identification & Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a database of domestic freight brokers, apply multi-factor scoring, and track adjacent segments with bankers and sector specialists.
  • Deal Organisation & Evaluation: Create concise investment memos, lead commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence using internal SMEs and external experts.
  • Negotiation & Execution: Structure offers, drive term-sheet, SPA, and closing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure funding packages.
  • Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management: Foster relationships with founders, promoters, brokers, bankers, and PE/VC funds to maintain a proprietary deal funnel.
