Role Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and analytical individual to work closely with our leadership on various cross-functional projects, driving growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, project management, product adoption, performance analytics, and financial analysis, with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Qualification Requirements:
- B-Tech and/or MBA from a premier college.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a strong analytical bent of mind.
- Ability to conduct in-depth data-driven research, collate information from multiple sources, and synthesize to form useful conclusions.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Additional Preferred Capabilities/Qualifications:
The following capabilities are a plus:
- Ability to approach problems through multiple lenses, grasping the bigger picture as well as operational aspects.
- Basic proficiency in financial modeling and financial analysis.
- Existing techno-economic knowledge of any deep tech industry.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience or working in start-ups in a similar role.
Candidates will be given a case study to showcase the capabilities specified above.
