Financial Analyst for Skyroot Aerospace

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with the CFO on various financial tasks, including fundraising, costing, and financial analysis. A deep understanding of business finance, investor relations, and due diligence processes is essential. Experience with ERP systems and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) is also crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising:
- Assist the CFO in both primary and secondary fundraising activities.
- Perform detailed rocket costing and evaluate inventory to ensure precise financial reporting.
- Work on ERP configuration and optimization to enhance business operations and financial management.
- Conduct financial analyses to support business decision-making and provide insights into company performance.
- Oversee the preparation and management of Business Operations and Finance MIS reports.
- Handle investor due diligence processes and ensure full financial transparency.
- Manage relationships with investors, providing timely updates and financial reports.
- Education:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, analysis, and investor relations.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, business finance, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in costing, valuation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in dealing with investors.
- High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Prior experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Experience working on fundraising activities and managing investor relations.
