Job Summary

We are seeking an expert Quality Assurance and Business Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role that involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality software products.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to seamlessly transition between BA and QA responsibilities and have experience with automation testing, AI-assisted QA tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of features.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions.
  • Use Databricks knowledge to understand data workflows and business logic for better requirement mapping.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles.
  • Strong automation experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
  • Experience with AI-assisted QA tools.
  • Familiarity with Databricks workflows and data validation.
  • API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Understanding of React UI testing (Cypress/Playwright) and backend API testing for Golang services.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).
  • Understanding of Spark SQL for validating data in Databricks.
  • Experience integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • ISTQB or IIBA certification is a plus.
