Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flutter developer to create high-performance mobile applications that will be at the heart of employee and manager experiences across various industries.

About the Role

As a Flutter developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android). You will collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless app experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Optimize mobile applications for speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter SDK.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
