Senior Software Engineer Role

As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for creating mobile applications with simple user interfaces and solid code. Your passion for developing new user experiences, solving complex problems, and creating delightful solutions is highly valued.

This is a full-time position located in Chennai, India. You will work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to produce seamless and intuitive features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, build, iterate, and manage our Android mobile application.
  • Own and deliver features independently.
  • Partner with design, product, and engineering teams to produce seamless and intuitive features.
  • Understand requirements, estimate tasks, write high-quality code, and participate in code reviews.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • A strong foundation in programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and software design for mobile systems.
  • At least 4 years of relevant SWE experience with experience developing Android apps (preferably released into the Play Store).
  • Experience in Kotlin, Java, and using Android Studio.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns (MVVM), multi-threading, performance & memory optimization, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
