About This Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Independently handle clients and client calls to establish valued partnerships.
  • Elevate issues to clients and internal managers to bring attention and avoid escalation.
  • Develop domain expertise and lead from the front, driving team success through collaborative efforts.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within teams.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree (BCom, BBA, BBM, BCA) or postgraduate degree (MCom, MBA, PGDM).
  • 2-5.5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 10 members with relevant Investment Banking Operations experience.
  • Strong logical and quantitative abilities are essential for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable.
