Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.

You will analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and defining new system requirements. Your ability to translate business needs into clear and comprehensive functional requirements, user stories, and process flows will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between the business and development/QA teams, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project goals.
  2. Support the Agile development process by assisting with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
  3. Demonstrate and present solutions to business stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment.
  4. Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and training materials.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience working with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud). A solid understanding of core Salesforce objects, security models, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder) is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
