We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team. As a Customer Data Platform Fresher, you will play a crucial role in helping us shape the future of customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science, information technology, data analytics, or a related field. They will possess basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, familiarity with MarTech platforms, and understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
