About the Role
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Associate to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting applied research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues. They will analyze large datasets and apply econometric/statistical techniques to provide policy insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct rigorous research on economic growth, statistics, and public policy issues.
- Analyze complex data sets and apply advanced statistical techniques to inform policy decisions.
- Draft high-quality policy briefs, reports, and presentations for decision-makers.
- Engage with government officials, industry leaders, and academic stakeholders to build partnerships and advance policy goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's, MPhil, or PhD in Economics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in policy research, data analysis, consulting, or academia.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and econometrics (Stata/R/Python).
- Demonstrated ability to design and independently manage research projects.
