Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking an accomplished accounting specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Support in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Generate basic financial reports and summaries as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :

  • Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and principles.
  • Knowledge of additional accounting software or ERP systems.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or progress towards certification. Benefits :
