Job Title: PMS Expert

The Position of PMS Analyst at our organization requires a highly skilled individual to analyze various aspects of our cloud-based ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and automation for shipping companies.

  1. Analyze PMS data from various sources and prepare documents as per client requirements.
  2. Document client needs and identify gaps between user requirements and our ERP features.
  3. Conduct functional tests on our modules and produce detailed reports.
  4. Develop software-related documentation, including feature documents, help files, FAQs, and workflow guides.
  5. Participate in training sessions for internal and external users on our PMS and related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ship visits and onboard data collection.
  • Training shipboard personnel on Jibe usage and module functionality.
  • Provide support to vessels and remote offices for our ERP and related modules.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3rd or 4th engineer with 3-5 years of experience in shipping management.
  • Shore experience in a shipping company as a PMS coordinator/controller with naval architecture and marine engineering background.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise computing needs in ship management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, project management expertise, and cost analysis abilities.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, along with excellent typing and analytical skills.
