Avionics Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Avionics Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing test solutions for avionics systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the analysis and decomposition of requirements for test stations.

  • Understand the hardware and software development lifecycle.

  • Create robust avionics simulation benches for product families and configurations.

  • Apply principles of simulation model-based development system design, systems integration, systems validation & verification, and certification.

  • Participate in innovation and new product development for enhancing test systems design, cost, and cycle time.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define overall vision.

  • Effectively communicate ideas and solutions to teams.

  • Connect with users and collaborate with product teams to understand overall test solution needs.

  • Work as a champion in technologically highly complex systems with multiple constraints and take smart risks.

  • Map the competitive landscape, benchmark the design, and technology trends.

  • Take responsibility for project coordination and budget/schedule.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in Avionics Domain with hand-on experience in Test Solution development.

  • B.E./B.TECH or equivalent degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Hands on experience in C/C++, C#, Python.

  • Hands on experience using different tools like MS Visio, Visual Studio, MS Excel.

  • Good understanding of different analog and Digital communication protocols like RS422, A429, CAN bus etc.

  • Quick learner and excellent communication skills.
