The Client Solutions team is responsible for delivering high-quality research to clients. As a Senior Associate, you will gain insight into our business model and client base while executing client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their priorities and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Learn our business processes and assist with project execution by identifying experts who can provide valuable insights.
- Uphold our compliance policies and procedures to protect client engagements.
- Broaden your knowledge of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to source relevant experts.
- Coordinate key interactions between clients and GLG Network Members.
- Proactively engage with GLG's Network Members to assess their expertise and fit on client projects.
- Expand the expert network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and develop a working knowledge of various industries.
- Gain a deep understanding of various industries through diverse client projects.
- Strengthen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Develop transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, and project management.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor GLG Associates on best practices.
