Job Title: HVAC Systems Designer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing working drawings for commercial and light industrial buildings.

Job Description:

  • Design and prepare accurate working drawings per project standards.
  • C coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts.
  • Resolve technical issues with site teams.
  • Maintain ISO documentation and drawing logs.
  • Support quantity take-offs and drawing approvals.
  • Monitor productivity and assist in QA/QC processes.
  • Identify additional work and inform the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong HVAC design knowledge (chillers, AHUs, VAVs, FCUs, ventilation, smoke control).
  • Familiarity with GCC codes and Civil Defence requirements.
  • Proficient in HVAC calculations and software (e.g., HAP).
  • Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks is a plus.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of related MEP systems.
