Cluster Head - Offline Learning Centres

Vedantu is India's leading EdTech company, committed to making quality education accessible and impactful. We are expanding rapidly into Offline Learning Centres to provide students with the best blend of digital and in-person learning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth & Revenue
    • Own revenue, enrollment, and profitability targets for all centres within the cluster.
    • Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives and ensure ROI.
  • Operations & Service Quality
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all centres.
    • Maintain academic and operational standards aligned with Vedantu's brand promise.
  • Team Leadership
    • Hire, train, and manage Centre Managers, Academic Counselors, and staff.
    • Build and mentor high-performing teams to deliver excellence.
  • Market Expansion & Local Engagement
    • Identify potential micro-markets for new centre launches.
    • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to drive brand presence.
  • Marketing & Outreach
    • Execute hyperlocal marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to build awareness and drive enrollments.
  • Performance Management
    • Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, footfall, and student satisfaction.
    • Share regular business updates and insights with leadership.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
    • Ensure all academic, operational, and financial processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in business operations, sales, or center management (experience in Education/EdTech).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-location teams/business units, 3-4 Branches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local language (preferred).
