Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess program outcomes and make data-driven adjustments to ensure successful program adoption.
  • Cultivate a supportive learning environment through collaboration with school leaders, teachers, and parents.

Leadership and Management:

  • Lead a team of specialists and coordinators to achieve program goals.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely program delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 90% satisfaction rate among partner schools regarding program implementation.
  • At least 85% of teachers report improved instructional practices within the first year.
  • Conduct at least 50 hours of training sessions per school annually.
  • A certification rate of 95% for teachers trained on the new curriculum.
  • Track and report a 20% improvement in student performance metrics within the first year.
