
Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to oversee administrative operations and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize engagements, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain smooth project execution.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, track action items, and provide timely documentation for project stakeholders.
- Task and Deadline Management: Monitor ongoing tasks, send reminders, escalate delays, and ensure accountability and timely completion.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, evaluate tools, recommend process enhancements across teams and initiatives.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for internal teams, prepare concise updates, and facilitate effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or related roles.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity, technical aptitude, and proactive approach to exploring new tools and solutions.
- Adaptability and comfort taking ownership of tasks without waiting for direction.
