At Razorpay, we are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Banking Operations team. As a Director - Banking Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing a large team responsible for onboarding and service management for merchants referred by our partner banks for our online & omni-channel payment services.
The ideal candidate will work closely with bank / gateway partners to implement compliance and quality requirements. This includes administering a large team across onboarding, terminal management and service operations, taking on new/additional processes for back-end operations involving interaction with bank partners, and managing transitions and driving process governance improvement.
- This role requires 15+ years of experience in operations management roles in Payments/Banking/Financial Services, with a minimum of 7 years spent managing people.
- A strong understanding of bank / network / gateways is an added advantage.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering customer happiness through efficient processes.
