DevSecOps Specialist for Global Enterprise

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps specialist to join our team at Best Infosystems Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, DevSecOps practices, and a proven track record of managing and enhancing notification solutions, automation, and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct design reviews of existing non-major notification solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Automate the catalog onboarding process for teams to streamline communication and response times.
  • Redesign and standardize notification templates to ensure consistency and clarity across all communications.
  • Translate incident notifications into multiple languages to support a diverse and global user base.
  • Automate DL maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide Hyper Care and support for 3 months post-implementation to ensure stability and address any issues.
  • Enhance the MIM workbench to improve incident response and resolution times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of notification systems, automation, and incident management.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum (depending on experience).
