Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Enterprise Security to oversee and implement comprehensive security protocols across our operations.

About the Role:

The Head of Enterprise Security will be responsible for ensuring the overall security of our organization, its employees, assets, and operations. This includes developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as managing and supervising security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the organization, employees, and assets.
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with external agencies, such as local law enforcement and emergency services, to ensure effective response to security incidents.
• Investigate security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other breaches, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies related to security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as security management or a related field.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and investigation procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
