Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Presales Consultant to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team with technical expertise and insights into IT products.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions that align with their business needs.

You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Skills:

  • Proficient in presales activities with hands-on experience in creating compelling RFP responses.
  • Skilled in gathering and analyzing client requirements to tailor effective IT solutions.
  • Adept in technical documentation to ensure accurate reflection of client requirements and solutions proposed.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and its application in various business contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of products and technologies relevant to the IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver optimal presales support.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, enabling tailored solutions that meet client needs.
