IT Solutions Consulting Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented IT Solutions Consulting Analyst to join our team. As an IT Solutions Consulting Analyst, you will be part of a global team shaping the technology backbone of a leading logistics company.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers and business partners throughout the group. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing best-in-class support to internal and external customers and business partners
  • Building exceptional relationships with customers and API product owners
  • Developing and implementing proposals for improvements in product roadmaps, processes, service quality, security, or API design
  • Learning new technologies and developing leadership skills
  • Providing guidance to a small team of support engineers

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in information technology or a related subject
  • Excellent command of English
  • Knowledge of German or willingness to acquire it
  • Very good communication skills and excellent analytical skills
  • Customer-first mentality and ability to understand customer needs
  • General knowledge of automations and coding
  • Knowledge of related terminology in the logistics industry
