The Role:
You will be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of student housing. As a Sales and Customer Success expert, you'll lead conversion, customer interaction, market knowledge, follow-up, collaboration, data management, and target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guiding them through the booking process and converting them into customers.
- Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements, offering tailored accommodation options to meet their needs.
- Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of student housing options, locations, and pricing to provide expert recommendations.
- Follow-Up: Build relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups to ensure closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply teams to streamline the booking process and enhance customer experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills in neutral English are essential.
- Active Listening Skills: Ability to listen attentively to students' needs and preferences.
- Time Management and Planning Skills: Good time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Objection Handling and Negotiation Skills: Effective objection handling and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Call Closing Techniques: Proficiency in call closing techniques to convert leads into customers.
- CMS or CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM or similar software to manage customer interactions and data.
