Job Overview

Cvent is a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider with over 4,800 employees and approximately 22,000 customers worldwide.

This role supports regional teams in executing information security programs and processes. It also involves delivering solutions for technology risk management, data protection, customer security assurance, and compliance of the SaaS product platform and company computing resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Global Information Security leadership to maintain and implement an overall information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide executive-level support for regional security risk assessments and treatment activities.
  • Lead and mentor the India Information Security team with a focus on coaching and developing teams, managers, and key contributors.
  • Maintain alignment and operational consistency between the Global Information Security team and the India Information Security team on information security policies, processes, and practices.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CCSP.
  • 15+ years of experience in information security, with at least 8 years in an information security leadership role.
