As a Technical Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing technical support to customers and partners
  2. Configuring, troubleshooting, and providing best practices to customers
  3. Managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  4. Isolating faults and analyzing root causes for technical issues
  5. Publishing technical support bulletins and documentation in the knowledge base

You will work with multi-functional teams to create an environment of transparency that leads to better products, working environments, and cybersecurity.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • More than 5 years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Expertise with Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols (LDAP, RADIUS etc.)
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
