Job Title:
Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Manual and Automation testing, with a focus on creating a centralized repository for Risk Management.

About the Role:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive QA process. This includes creating test approaches, defining acceptance criteria, and enforcing quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality test plans, cases, and scripts
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, Agile Coaches, and Developers to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Create and enforce quality standards across the organization
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, and database validation
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of Testing Experience in both Manual and Automation environments
- Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Negative, Database Validation
- Experience with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium
- Experience writing test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin
- Experience implementing Quality Control and assessing its effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
