Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Claims Processor to join our team in Thane. As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and within the specified timeframes.

You will work closely with the Placing and Billing team to create documents before and after placing business, generating invoices on behalf of the broker, and providing final policy documents. Your role will involve managing workload/volumes and delivery expectations as per business requirements, developing a sound understanding of the business process, and ensuring adherence to compliance and operating within internal and external regulators' guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • a graduation degree;
  • analytical skills, including research, collection, interpretation, analysis, and problem-solving;
  • typing skills with proficiency in MS Office;
  • attention to detail and accuracy;
  • communication skills, including verbal and written mediums;
  • fundamentals of the business/area of alignment; and
  • time management skills.
