Job Description:
As a seasoned testing professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our Salesforce implementation. This includes conducting thorough testing of our CRM workflows, data migration, and UI automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in QA functional testing, with a focus on Salesforce domain testing expertise.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle (underwriting, claims, billing) and Salesforce CRM workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in Data Migration & Data Integration.
  • Expertise in API testing and automation using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
  • Experience with test management tools (ADO).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools (Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, Apex Test Execution).
  • Knowledge of database validation using SQL queries.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
