Key Financial Specialist - Lease Accounting

This is a dynamic and challenging position where you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial future.

Job Description:

As a seasoned Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions. Your expertise will help to identify areas of improvement and develop effective strategies to optimize our financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on complex financial issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and policy enhancements.
  • Lead and/or provide guidance to functional project teams to achieve key objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) is highly desirable.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
  • Proven expertise in multiple finance functions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and advanced financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
