Interior Fit-out Project Manager

At S-G-Enterprises, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Cost Manager with a passion for interior fit-out projects. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy analyzing data, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery:
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver interior fit-out projects within budget and time constraints.
    • Ensure high-quality results through meticulous project planning and effective team management.
  • Cost Management:
    • Develop and manage comprehensive cost plans, including material costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they remain within approved budgets.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
    • Source high-quality materials and equipment at competitive prices.
  • Contract Administration:
    • Administer all aspects of project contracts, including negotiations, change orders, and claims.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Quantity Takeoff & Estimation:
    • Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
    • Support pricing and estimation for project tenders and proposals.
  • Site Coordination:
    • Coordinate site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
    • Submit regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Value Engineering & Risk Management:
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
    • Develop mitigation plans for potential project risks and liabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably as a project manager.
  • Proven expertise in Auto CAD, MS Excel, Sketch Up, V-Ray, and QS software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with local procurement cycles and vendor ecosystems.
  • Own vehicle for site commute is highly desirable.
