Quality Assurance Expert

Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

Location: Hybrid 3x week in Gurgaon, India

This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of testing experience in both manual and automation environments
  • Experience with functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, negative, and database validation testing
  • Familiarity with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium
  • Ability to write test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin
  • Understanding of quality control principles and implementation assessment
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow and GPC
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline deployments
  • Familiarity with Groovy for test automation

Responsibilities and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will work on a new development project impacting the entire organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves creating a centralized repository for risk management, sharing data across teams, and developing a go-forward plan. The resource will be responsible for manual testing (functional, regression, UAT, exploratory, etc.) and automating tests using Selenium and Java. They will also focus on database querying across multiple query languages like SQL and BigQuery.

We are looking for someone who can define, introduce, enforce, and own the QA process, ensuring high-quality standards. Experience with CI/CD and pipeline deployments is beneficial.
