A cutting-edge leader in user engagement and adoption is sought after to champion the customer journey and product experience at our organization.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in product management with a passion for driving seamless onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and maximized value realization. A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to translate organizational goals into actionable strategies are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing customer success and product adoption frameworks, mapping and continually improving the end-to-end user journey, and designing incentive and education programs that promote sustained product use and maximize benefits.

Additionally, this leader will partner with cross-functional teams to introduce features and prompts that reinforce engagement and high-value usage behaviors, work with project teams and marketing to deliver sustained usage programs, and provide strategic coaching, documentation, and enablement tools to customer-facing teams.

A strong track record of executing user engagement and adoption strategies, with a proven ability to drive improvements through data-driven decision-making, is required for this position. Experience working with base-of-pyramid customers or emerging consumer markets is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in product management, business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in customer success management, user experience and adoption, or program strategy roles, including exposure to product management or user-centric product design.
