Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Tester to join our team. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for identifying system bottlenecks, assessing responsiveness, and ensuring application stability under different loads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing performance testing using tools such as JMeter or Postman
  • Developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test plans based on project requirements
  • Identifying and reporting defects, issues, and risks clearly and concisely
  • Collaborating with the development team to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify fixes for identified issues
  • Documenting test results, tracking defects, and maintaining accurate testing records
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in performance testing using tools such as JMeter or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to document findings clearly
