Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned engineer with expertise in silicon design.

About the Role:

  1. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of x86 architecture at the IP or subsystem level.
  2. This role involves staying up-to-date with the latest SOC architecture changes and creating comprehensive test plans accordingly.
  3. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning features from test planning, stimulus creation in assembly/C/C++, creating cover points, checkers/scoreboards, and meeting milestone criteria.
  4. They will also validate test scenarios at sub-system/SOC/emulation levels.
  5. Beyond this, they should be able to build test bench components that meet test plan requirements.
  6. Maintaining or improving current test libraries to support SOC-level testing is another critical aspect of this role.
  7. The chosen candidate will provide technical support to other teams as needed.
  8. An added advantage would be knowledge in areas such as coherency, Memory/Datapath, RAS, virtualization, CXL, Interrupts, Secure access etc.

Requirements:

  • Good proficiency in Assembly/C/C++
  • Familiarity with digital design/wave form debugs using verdi or similar EDA tools
  • Knowledge of System Verilog and modern verification libraries like UVM
  • Background experience in Computing architecture is an added advantage

Credentials:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in computer engineering/electrical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience
