Project Management Expert

Job Title: Project Manager

Seeking a seasoned project management professional to drive the success of our core technology products.

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break down projects into manageable actions and set time frames.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of project outcomes.

Client Liaison

Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Identify and define client requirements, scope, and objectives to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Leadership

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to achieve project goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven work experience as a project manager or similar role.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
