Team Lead Opportunity

The role of a Team Lead involves overseeing daily planning and operations within the team. Ensuring that each member meets their agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is crucial to this position.

Key responsibilities include managing the team's schedule, being highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities, and ensuring adherence to departmental priorities. This includes:

  • Providing solutions to enhance performance

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating performance reports for your team
  • Documenting client feedback
  • Managing operational and HR-related issues independently
  • Serving as liaison between management and your team
  • Developing creative solutions to challenges
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a customer support environment
  • Proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 members
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to coach, mentor, and develop talent
