As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales experts to achieve business objectives through effective field sales strategies.

  • Manage a group of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring seamless integration into existing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions on product positioning and pricing.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have:

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2C or BFSI sales (credit cards, banking/NBFC loans).
  • A strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to develop effective partnerships with distributors/agents.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels; fluency in local language(s) required.
