Job Title: Assistant Manager MIS

This role focuses on managing data and analytics for HR reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining regular HR reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc. They will utilize MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) to develop and maintain accurate and timely HR reports.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with different HR verticals to gather data and generate meaningful insights, automating reports and streamlining reporting processes using tools like Excel or other analytics platforms, and supporting audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data accuracy are crucial.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality is required.
