Strategic Risk Manager Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in corporate strategy and risk management as a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor loan portfolios to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, identifying early warning signals of credit risk. Regularly assess and analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives. Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain robust credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Prepare regular Management Information Systems (MIS), risk reports, and portfolio reviews for senior management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
Requirements:
  • 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
