Job Title: Video Marketing Specialist

We are a digital marketing agency with a focus on innovative video strategies. Our goal is to drive high-quality leads and revenue for our clients through YouTube Ads.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute YouTube ad campaigns to generate B2B leads.
  • Create audience research and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging video content and funnels.
  • Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and ensure ROI-positive results.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports for clients and leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube Ads trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in running successful YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • A proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting techniques.
  • Creative thinking skills, including scriptwriting and visual creativity.
  • Data-driven decision making – you make decisions based on metrics, not guesses.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Ads/Google Ads platforms.
  • Video editing or scriptwriting skills.
  • Previous work with B2B markets, especially in the US or internationally.
