Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Main Responsibilities:

  • Languages and Technologies: Python, SQL, Streamlit, Dash, React/JS, Hugging Face, LangChain, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)
  • Data Science Tasks: Designing and building guardrails for prompt injection protection, toxicity/bias detection, and hallucination/jailbreak identification; monitoring safety, fairness, and compliance of LLMs using evaluation frameworks
  • Pipeline Development: Creating automated pipelines to process, tag, and evaluate LLM outputs
  • Internal Tools: Building internal dashboards and visualizations for POCs and internal tools
  • Integration and Collaboration: Integrating LLM safety components into production APIs or applications with ML engineers and product teams
  • Research and Knowledge: Staying current with AI safety research, emerging tools, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in data science, applied ML, or LLM-based applications
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and experience writing SQL for data exploration or feature engineering
  • Theoretical Background: Solid understanding of NLP, deep learning (CNN/RNN/Transformers), and LLM architectures
  • Additional Experience: Familiarity with front-end basics, model evaluation, red-teaming, or safety interventions in NLP/LLM systems
  • Docker and FastAPI Deployment: Preferred familiarity with deploying ML pipelines in production (Docker, FastAPI)
