We are seeking a talented data professional to lead our Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) in Mumbai/Bangalore. In this role, you will focus on developing portfolio and business analytics to drive growth and profitability objectives.

Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking will help support data-driven decision-making within our organization.

  • A master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, or Engineering from a reputable institution is required.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail, is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven track records of leading and mentoring data scientists are highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics is crucial for success.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel is necessary.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques, including machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, and clustering, is essential.
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis, including data preparation, exploration, and visualization, is required.
