Job Title: Senior Public Relations Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled public relations professional to join our team. As a senior member of our PR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies that drive business growth and enhance our company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise daily with clients and media representatives to build strong relationships and networks.
  • Manage crisis communications and ensure client retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor media coverage, collate, analyze, and evaluate media performance to inform future PR campaigns.
  • Track opportunities in newspapers, magazines, and websites to secure press coverage and promote news stories.
Publicity & Campaign Management
  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns to drive business growth and enhance our company's reputation.
  • Prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews to ensure seamless communication.
  • Write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media platforms.
  • Promote news stories and features through social media and other channels.
  • Document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage to track performance and inform future strategies.
Event Management
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to showcase our company's expertise and products.
  • Attend and promote client events to media and PR platforms to increase visibility and reach.
  • Coordinate studio or location photography to capture high-quality images for marketing materials.
  • Speak publicly at interviews, conferences, and presentations to share knowledge and expertise.
Brand Development
  • Develop and foster relationships with brands and third-party partners on behalf of El Sol Strategic Consultants.
  • Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps in line with client business goals to drive growth and success.
  • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to create cross-channel strategies that drive business results.
Influencer & Thought Leadership Engagement
  • Build relationships with industry leaders to grow awareness and influence.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries to identify opportunities and challenges.
Research & Analysis
  • Commission and undertake market research to inform PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Research new business proposals and present to potential clients to drive growth and success.
  • Analyze industry trends affecting clients and recommend communication strategies to stay competitive.
Team Contribution
  • Motivate the team and encourage a friendly, open work environment to drive collaboration and productivity.
  • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation across all initiatives to track progress and inform future strategies.
