Job Profile:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the financial services, fintech, and insurtech sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the NBFC and MFI spaces.
  • Manage the client account lifecycle, from initial pitches to commercial agreements and ongoing revenue growth.
  • Structure profitable deals that align with both client and business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of high-quality services to clients, meeting SLAs and quality commitments.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity through ongoing research and analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Tech, Digital Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Explore new partnerships and alliances with companies in the financial services and fintech sectors.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3-10 years of experience in Business Development and Key Account Management, preferably in insurance or insurtech settings.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS products and technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with senior management and decision-makers within organizations and for clients.
  • Background and experience in the NBFC and MFI sectors.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, team leadership, and client interfacing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
