Strategic Lead for Managed Services

Serve as the strategic lead for the Managed Services function, ensuring alignment of staffing operations with business priorities and growth objectives. Key responsibilities include owning program-level financials, including budgeting and forecasting, and driving efficiencies through renewals and scope expansions.

Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Experience, and Resource Management Teams to ensure alignment between hiring plans, onboarding, and staffing strategies.

Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting efforts in partnership with Finance and Business Operations. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of global growth and talent strategy.

  • ~10+ years of experience in staffing/resource management, workforce planning, or a related operational leadership role, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or global delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a staffing function, including managing budgets, performance metrics, and global resource pools.
  • Strong understanding of project-based resourcing, utilization strategies, and cost optimization models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in creating dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and providing actionable insights.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling), PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally outside standard business hours to support global operations.
