As a seasoned professional, you will lead the development of robust data architectures that align with business objectives and technological requirements.

This involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions for large-scale enterprise projects. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms, tools, and technologies.

Your expertise in relational and non-relational databases, along with strong leadership capabilities, will enable you to drive data governance and compliance across projects. Additionally, your ability to translate business requirements into architecture blueprints will be invaluable in ensuring successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and define the overall data and solution architecture for large-scale enterprise projects
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures aligned with business and technology goals
  • Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of data platforms, tools, and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architecture blueprints
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture roles with a strong focus on on-premise environments
  • Expertise in MS SQL and Postgres databases with advanced SQL programming skills
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases and modern data platforms
  • Understanding of voice/BPO solutions and software such as Avaya, Genesys (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices
  • Proven ability to design enterprise-scale architectures and deliver complex projects
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
