Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions to support the growth of our organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensure seamless system operations, and maintain high levels of performance and availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows endpoint management, policy creation, task sequence development, and configuration profile maintenance.

They should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), device lifecycle management, and troubleshooting & remote management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
